“Music on Main” Continues in May

Main Street DeFuniak Springs, in partnership with Visit South Walton, will continue its “Music on Main” concert series. Taking place every Friday in May from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., guests are invited to enjoy a listening room experience at the historic Florida Chautauqua Theatre, located at 840 Baldwin Avenue, DeFuniak Springs, Florida, 32435.

The concerts are a continuation of the non-profits inaugural events held this past February.

“We were so pleased to see such great support from the community during our February concerts,” said Main Street DeFuniak Springs Executive Director, Chelsea Blaich. “The theatre is such a historic venue that really highlights these artist’s talents and we’re excited to offer something different this time around. All of which is thanks in large part to our generous event sponsors including 30A GreenWay, Fisher’s Pharmacy, Clark Partington Attorney’s at Law, Choctaw Land & Timber and Triangle Chevrolet Buick.”

Sponsorships are still available. For more information, please contact [email protected].

The organization has extended the hours for these evening events. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for cocktail hour. Guests can grab a bite to eat before the concert at one of the downtown restaurants or from the food truck setup in front of the theatre. The lineup of musical acts includes regional artists and bands that will perform 90-minute sets beginning at 7:00 p.m.
