Now Open: Embers Bistro, Main Street’s newest locally owned and operated bistro

Embers Bistro is Main Street’s newest, locally owned and operated bistro producing handmade pizza, breads, weekly specials and tasty desserts using traditional techniques in the kitchen and artfully crafted cocktails at the bar! With an evolving menu, posted regularly on their social media channels, Embers Bistro is a fabulous addition to the downtown merchant mix. Open Tuesday – Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday for brunch from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., reservations are strongly encouraged, book yours by clicking the “BOOK NOW” tab on their Facebook page.

The team behind the restaurant include owner, Ashley Ambrose; Chef de Cuisine, Chuk Ambrose; and Head Baker, Lee Eyer; in addition to some fantastically friendly faces guests may recognize.
