Boys & Girls Clubs of the Emerald Coast Announces Epic Line Up of Foodie Festivals

“Sundays are for Food and Family” with a little something for everyone from Pensacola to Defuniak Springs!

DESTIN, FLORIDA, August 12, 2021 – The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Emerald Coast (BGCEC) is pleased to announce an extension of the very popular annual Mac & Cheese Festival (Destin, FL) with the addition of the first-ever BrunchFest (Pensacola, FL) and Epic Bakery Competition (DeFuniak Springs, FL). All proceeds from the family-friendly events benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Emerald Coast, a non-profit organization with clubs located in Pensacola, Crestview, South Walton, Defuniak Springs, Destin, and Fort Walton Beach.

The first-ever Epic Bakery Competition benefiting the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Emerald Coast (BGCEC) takes place on Sunday, October 10th, on Main Street in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. Competing teams provide samples to attendees and compete for the Best Baked Goods in Town! 

Tickets: $20 for adults | $5 for kids (3 -12 years old)

The first-ever BrunchFest benefiting the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Emerald Coast, presented by Cox Media and StarPoint Screening, is on Sunday, November 7th, 2021 at Seville Quarter in Downtown Pensacola. Competing teams provide samples to attendees and compete for the Best Brunch in Town!

Think macaroni and cheese are just for kids? Think again! The 4th Annual Mac & Cheese Festival presented by Cox Media is on Sunday, March 6th, 2022 at Destin Commons! This family-friendly event will feature gourmet, chef-inspired twists on the South’s favorite comfort food. Local restaurants will compete for the best mac in town. Be there to sample everything for yourself and cast your vote!
