NEW VENDOR
Interested in becoming a vendor at the Main Street DeFuniak Springs Farmers Market? We welcome local growers, bakers, makers, artists, specialty food vendors, and small businesses to apply to join our downtown market community. All new vendors must complete the New Vendor Application before participating in the market. Applications are reviewed to help maintain a balanced, high-quality market experience for both vendors and shoppers.
Before applying, please be prepared to provide your business and contact information, a list of products/items you plan to sell, a booth setup photo, business logo, and social media links, insurance documentation (if cooking onsite), and any required permits or licenses. Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee approval or a vendor space.
Weekly and monthly vendor spaces are first-come, first-served, while only yearly vendors are guaranteed the same booth location each week. All vendor spaces include one 10×10 booth space. If additional adjoining booth space is needed, please email [email protected], and an invoice will be sent for the additional adjoining space(s).
Vendor spots are not confirmed until payment has been received. Please do not complete payment until you have received approval from the Market Host, Carly. Payment must be completed by Thursday at 12:00 PM (noon) during the week of the selected market date. All markets are rain or shine unless otherwise determined by the Main Street DeFuniak Springs Board.
RETURNING VENDOR
This registration form is for currently approved returning vendors of the Main Street DeFuniak Springs Farmers Market. Please use the form below to select the market dates you plan to attend.
Weekly and monthly vendor spaces are first-come, first-served, while only yearly vendors are guaranteed the same booth location each week. All vendor spaces include one 10×10 booth space. If additional adjoining booth space is needed, please email [email protected], and an invoice will be sent for the additional space(s).
After submitting the form, payment must be completed using the corresponding payment links on the Farmers Market payment page. Vendor spots are not confirmed until payment has been received. Payment must be completed by Thursday at 12:00 PM (noon) during the week of the selected market date.
Vendors may begin setup at 7:00 AM. No early breakdowns are permitted unless approved by the Market Host. All markets are rain or shine unless otherwise determined by the Main Street DeFuniak Springs Board.
Vendor Payment
Please use the payment links below to complete payment for your selected market dates. Payment must be submitted by Thursday at 12:00 PM (noon) during the week of the selected market date. Vendor spaces are not confirmed until payment has been received, and unpaid registrations may be removed to allow space for other vendors.

Refund requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled market date. All markets are rain or shine unless otherwise determined by the Main Street DeFuniak Springs Board. Vendors are encouraged to review all market policies and complete the appropriate vendor registration form prior to submitting payment.

Important Vendor Notes

Vendors may begin arriving at 7:00 AM for unloading and setup. Vendors must be fully set up and ready for business by market opening at 8:00 AM. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, extension cords, and setup materials. All tents/canopies must be properly weighted and secured at all times. Stakes are NOT permitted on Baldwin Avenue. Vendors are expected to remain set up for the full duration of the market. No early breakdown or departure is permitted unless approved by the Market Host due to emergency or weather-related conditions. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their booth area and removing all trash and materials before leaving.
Vendor Parking Information
After unloading, all vendor vehicles must be moved to designated vendor parking areas.

• Thrift Way parking lot
• Courthouse parking areas
Please help us keep Baldwin Avenue clear and pedestrian-friendly during market hours.
Rain or Shine Policy
All markets are rain or shine unless otherwise determined by the Main Street DeFuniak Springs Board.
Main Street DeFuniak Springs reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel an event in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. Vendors will be notified using the contact information provided during registration.
Refunds will not be issued due to weather-related conditions.
