THE GYM offers Personal Training, Small Group Training, and HIIT classes. Along with additional class options, THE Gym @ Combat Sports and Fitness has “beefed” up their weights and equipment too featuring the Rogue Monster Rig with 6+ squat/bench/deadlift/etc stations, multiple plate loaded machines for upper and lower body, over 10,000 lbs. of bumper plates so you don’t have to be worried about dropping weights, 2 full sets of dumbbells from 5-150 lbs. with multiple inclining/declining benches, Concept 2 Rowers, Assault Bikes, ellipticals, and more. The Gym includes 1,000 sq. ft. functional training space and is equipped with astroturf, sleds, tires, sandbags, kettlebells, rings, and rope climbing stations.There are also three independent showers with changing areas, lockers and restrooms available.
